Antwerp British and International Women (ABIW)

http://www.abiw.org

The ABIW is a friendly group of English-speaking women of various nationalities. We try to help expatriates who have recently arrived to find their feet and to learn something about life Antwerp and Belgium. Many of our members are here permanently, either because they decided to make their lives here or they are married to Belgian men. This means that the friends you make will not all be disappearing after a year or so!

American Women's Club of Antwerp

http://www.awcantwerp.org

Founded in 1929, the American Women's Club of Antwerp is a group of over 150 women from all over the world. In 2009 we celebrated our 80th year with a variety of celebrations. For those who have just arrived in the country, we have a group called "Newcomers" which helps women adapt to their new surroundings. Our mission statement states that "The purpose of the AWCA shall be to create a center for social, cultural, and philanthropic activities for American women in the Antwerp area."

Bruges International Club

http://www.brugesinternationalclub.com

This is a club for all expatriates from every country around the world who live in the area around Bruges and want to meet other English-speaking people. We all have one thing in common, and that is we live far away from our family and friends who used to be there when we needed help or advice - so we support each other here instead. The Club is free, and there are several get-togethers each month to choose from.
