Sharing articles, videos and the occasional date guide (as in the fruit rather than relationships, though you may be able to find that too) this is an excellent place to follow.

Riyadh Expats Platform
Facebook Page

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia’s capital and main financial hub, is on a desert plateau in the country’s center. Attracting expats to the business center and quality of life, the capital city is a center of culture, and this is (allegedly) the most popular Facebook page specifically about the area. The 6,000 followers and fans are active and timeline posts about a myriad of issues are well received.

Foresaking snow for the lure of sun soaked sands, her expat adventures are a fascinating window onto expat life.

Expat Activities - Riyadh
Facebook Page

Forty years ago the population of Arriyadh was just 100,000. Now it is 6.5 million - 64 percent of whom are Saudi citizens. For the rest of that population, this is definitely the place where cool expats (at least 200 of them) hang out to spot the parties and events where they can meet fellow world wanderers. The vibe is chilled and the tunes are spun.

We’re always on the lookout for more accounts to feature - if you write about living in Saudi Arabia on social media, leave us a link in the comments and we’ll take a look!
